12 Month Learnership – FACILITATOR

The following vacancy exists and those interested are requested (with the acknowledgement and recommendation of your immediate manager) to apply in writing, by completing the company’s internal application form.
Primary Purpose
Responsible for the facilitation of all internal training programmes such as Induction and Orientation, skills programmes, learnerships as well as any soft skills training
Minimum requirements –
1 year of employment
Matric / Grade 12
PSIRA (Grade A)
Registered assessor (SASSETA) advantageous, but not required
Registered moderator (SASSETA) advantageous, but not required
Instructors or Teachers certificate/diploma advantageous,
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Code 08 driver’s License, with own transport.
Key Job Outputs
Update training programmes with managers approval
Prepare venues/training rooms, equipment and material in advance
Assist with the collation and submission of all training related information
Attendance registers are completed and signed off daily and kept for record keeping
Monthly training reports are completed and submitted timeously
Ensure that the learnership programme is progressing according to the roll out plan
Facilitate induction and various other soft skills training as required
